About Admission Tickets

  • Namba Parks opens at 11:00. If you arrive before 11:00, you will be guided to the museum via a designated entrance near the Information Desk on the 2nd floor of Namba Parks.
  • Staff will begin organizing the waiting area 10 minutes prior to each admission time.
    Example: For the [10:00–10:30] time slot, the waiting area will be prepared from 9:50.
  • Please refrain from waiting near the venue more than 10 minutes before your admission time, as this may inconvenience other visitors to the facility. We kindly ask that you wait on other floors until the designated time.
  • Designated date/time tickets are valid only for the date and time printed on the ticket.
    Entry will be in order of the reference numbers printed on the ticket. However, if you arrive late for the designated meeting time, the order of entry may change at the discretion of the organizers.
    In cases of unavoidable delays, such as public transportation disruptions, staff will provide instructions according to the situation on the day.
    Please note that entry may be denied, and tickets will not be refunded in such cases.
    Same-day tickets will be sold at the venue entrance if there are available slots for designated time entries.

  • Tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled after purchase.
  • Tickets purchased and issued through e+ include a detachable stub. Please do not detach the stub before entry, as it will invalidate the ticket. (Live Pocket tickets are digital tickets and do not include a stub.)
